For tiffin and meal services

Cook the right number of meals, every single day.

Lanemi lets subscribers skip the days they travel or eat out, then locks each meal’s cook count at its own cut-off, so your kitchen makes exactly what’s ordered and nothing goes in the bin. Lunch and dinner on the same day, prepaid monthly plans, in your currency, wherever you deliver.

Sound familiar

You cook for a crowd whose numbers keep moving.

A tiffin service is a good business built on tight margins and a hard deadline. Most of the trouble is not the cooking. It’s the count that shifts every evening, the boxes that wander off, and the lunch that has to be hot by one.

“No tiffin today.”

A steady drip of messages every evening and morning. Travelling, working late, eating out. Miss one and you’ve cooked a meal for nobody.

Cooking blind.

You guess the count at night. Cook too much and it goes in the bin. Cook too little and someone goes without. Either way it’s money on the stove.

The 1pm deadline.

Hot lunch has to reach homes and desks by lunchtime. Every late box is a customer you might not keep.

Boxes that don’t come back.

Steel tiffin boxes go out full and drift away, until you’ve lost track of who is holding how many.

How Lanemi helps

The kitchen stays busy. The guessing stops.

Subscribers skip their own days.

Travelling Thursday, eating out Friday. Subscribers skip a single day or pause a whole week from their phone. The evening messages stop, and a skipped day never gets cooked.

A cook count you can trust, per meal.

Lunch and dinner are separate runs with separate cut-offs. Skips close for each meal at the hour you set, the count locks, and your kitchen knows the exact number for the next service before it turns off the lights. No more counting twice and hoping.

Paid before you cook.

Subscribers pay for the month up front into a wallet, and every delivered meal draws from the balance. You cook against money already in hand. There’s nothing to invoice and nothing to chase.

Lunch that lands on time.

Runsheets order each route by area, building and floor, homes and offices in delivery order, so hot boxes make the 1pm deadline. Print the sheet before you leave, and a dropped signal mid-route can’t stop you.

Know where your boxes are.

Track returnable tiffin boxes for each subscriber, with an optional deposit. Sent out, returned and refunded, all counted against the right person. The steel comes back instead of walking off.

A daily meal round works the same in any city.

The cooking and the route don’t change from one city to the next. The money doesn’t have to be the hard part. Choose your currency, set up how subscribers pay, and store the food-safety and kitchen licences your region asks for, with a reminder before they lapse.

We know what a moving count feels like

Made by people who deliver every day.

We built Lanemi to run recurring home delivery calmly. A plan locked the night before, money you can prove, and customers who manage their own days. A tiffin kitchen lives or dies on those three things, so we made them the centre of the product.

Read our story

The things tiffin kitchens ask us first.

Can subscribers skip the days they travel or eat out?

Yes, and that’s the point. A subscriber skips a single day or pauses a whole stretch from their app, with no message to you, and the skipped meal never joins the cook count.

Will I know exactly how many meals to cook tomorrow?

Yes. The plan locks every night to the meals actually ordered for the next day, after all skips and pauses, so you cook a firm number and stop guessing.

Can one subscriber take lunch and dinner?

Yes. Lunch and dinner are separate delivery slots, so a subscriber can take both on the same day, skip just one of them, and each service gets its own locked count and its own route.

What’s the cut-off for skipping a meal?

You set it, per slot. For example, skips close at 9pm for next-day lunch and at 3pm for the same day’s dinner. After a cut-off that meal’s count is locked, so your kitchen can plan and shop against a number that won’t move.

How do monthly plans and payment work?

Subscribers pay for the month into a prepaid wallet, and each delivered meal draws from it. You can see every balance, so you’re cooking for people who have already paid.

Can I get my steel tiffin boxes back?

Yes. Track boxes for each subscriber with an optional deposit, sent, returned and refunded, so you always know who is holding your containers.

A box arrived late or cold. How is that handled?

The subscriber raises it with a photo, you review it, and a fair credit goes to their wallet. The complaint is logged and your books stay whole.

One good idea for your round, once a week.

Short, practical, and no filler. Leave any time.
