Never let a patient’s monthly refill slip through the cracks.
Lanemi keeps every chronic-medication refill on a dependable monthly cycle, protects patient data by design, and gives you proof of delivery at the door. You keep control of the prescription. We run the round. Lanemi does not verify prescriptions or take on your dispensing and regulatory duties.
A late refill is not a late milk bottle.
Most of the round is ordinary work. Sealed packs, fixed doses, the same faces each month. The weight sits underneath it. One person on the wrong week can end up without their blood-pressure medicine, and the paper trail you rely on lives in places you would rather it did not.
A refill that slips is the one that matters.
A patient on diabetes or heart medicine runs out because a delivery got missed. This is the thing that can never happen.
Patient data on a shared sheet.
Names, addresses and what people take, sitting in a spreadsheet anyone on the team can open and copy.
Licences with silent deadlines.
Your pharmacy licence, cold-chain certificate or courier permit lapses, and nobody notices until an inspection.
“Did it actually arrive?”
A patient says the refill never came. You have no photo, no time and no signature, only their word against your driver’s.
Reliable deliveries, private by design.
The same refill, on the same cycle, every time.
Set each patient’s repeat on a monthly, 28-day or custom cycle. The nightly forecast rebuilds tomorrow’s round on its own and survives a failed run, so a refill is never quietly dropped. You dispense as you always have. Lanemi keeps the delivery on time.
Patients pause when life gets in the way.
A patient in hospital or away for a fortnight doesn’t need a delivery that week. They, or your staff, pause or skip from the app, and it picks back up on the date they set. No wasted trip, and no gap when they’re home again.
Protected by design, not by trust.
As the platform operator, we cannot see patient data. Access opens only through a session your pharmacy grants, limited in time and written to a log, with the patient’s consent recorded. Your own staff see only what their role allows, and every read is kept in an append-only audit trail. There is no standing back door and no god-mode account.
Proof at every doorstep.
Each delivery captures a photo, a time and a confirmation, tied to that patient’s order. When someone says it never arrived, you have a clear, dated answer. A genuine miss becomes a dispute you can settle fairly with a credit.
Your own licences, watched for you.
Keep your pharmacy licence, cold-chain certificate and courier permits in one document store. Lanemi reminds you before each one expires, so a renewal never sneaks up on you. These are your operating documents. We track the dates. We do not assess or certify that you are compliant.

The round travels. The rules are yours.
Rules for prescriptions and medicine delivery differ in every country, and they are yours to meet. Lanemi stays a neutral delivery tool. Choose your currency, set how patients pay, and store the licences your region asks for, with a reminder before they lapse. What stays the same everywhere is a dependable round and strong data protection.
Private by design, from the ground up.
We built Lanemi on one idea. Money and personal data should be provable, not taken on trust. There is no hidden all-access account. Every record touch is written to an append-only log. Support can only enter with a patient’s consent, for a limited time. For a pharmacy holding sensitive patient information, that architecture is the whole point.
The things pharmacies ask us first.
Does Lanemi check or verify prescriptions?
No. Lanemi does not verify prescriptions, check eligibility or flag interactions. Your licensed staff dispense and take responsibility for the medicine. Lanemi only schedules and runs the recurring delivery once you’ve dispensed it.
How is patient data protected?
By design. As the platform operator we cannot read patient records. Access follows staff roles, every touch is written to an append-only audit log, and support can only enter through a time-limited session the patient consents to, never a standing back door. Consent records are kept.
Can a patient pause refills while they’re in hospital or travelling?
Yes. The patient or your staff pause or skip from the app, and the schedule resumes on its own on the date set. No wasted delivery, and no gap when they return.
What proof do we have that a refill was delivered?
Each delivery captures a photo, a timestamp and a confirmation tied to that patient’s order. If a patient says it didn’t arrive, you have a clear, dated record, and a genuine miss can be handled as a dispute with a fair credit.
Does it remind us before our pharmacy licence expires?
Yes. Store your licences, cold-chain certificates and permits in the document store, and Lanemi reminds you before each expiry. It tracks the dates. It does not assess or certify that you’re compliant.
Is this legal for delivering medicine in my country?
That depends on your country’s rules, which are yours to meet. Lanemi is a neutral delivery-scheduling tool, not a regulatory or clinical system. Confirm your local requirements, including whether medicines may be delivered and how, before you start.
