The box contents change every week. Can it handle that?
Yes. You set what this week’s box holds, in any size, and each customer’s box and the plan update to match. Pricing follows the contents.
Can I track the crates and boxes I send out?
Yes. Every returnable crate or box is logged against the customer holding it, cleared when it comes back, and you can take and refund a deposit. You always know who is holding your crates.
Some items are sold loose by weight. Can I price by actual kilos?
Yes. Weigh potatoes, squash or roots at the packing bench and the caught weight is recorded on the box and priced to it, in your units.
What if someone forgets to skip and I still pack their box?
Vacation pause and skip cut that to a minimum. A missed or unwanted box is handled as a dispute with a fair credit, and your books stay whole.
What if the signal drops on a rural round?
Confirm and print the runsheet, with its crate-collection notes, the night before. Your driver finishes on paper and updates it later.
