For seasonal fruit sellers

Sell the whole season before it ripens.

Lanemi runs a harvest season the way growers dream of: weekly boxes and pre-booked orders taken in advance, capped at what the orchard will honestly yield, prepaid into wallets before picking starts, and delivered on harvest days while the fruit is right. In your currency, wherever the orchard is.

Sound familiar

Eight good weeks, and everything happens at once.

A fruit season is a year’s income compressed into a couple of months. The picking, packing and money all peak together, the yield is a guess until the trees decide, and every customer wants the best weeks of a window that will not wait.

Selling a guess.

Orders taken in March against fruit that ripens in May. Promise too much and the best customers get the apology.

The season sprint.

Picking, packing, deliveries and payments all at once, tracked across calls, chats and a notebook that was fine in the off-season.

Money in fragments.

Advances from some, cash from others, “pay after delivery” from the rest, arriving across two chaotic months.

Fruit that will not wait.

Ripe fruit needs delivery this week, not when the round gets around to it.

How Lanemi helps

The orchard sets the number. The season follows it.

Weekly boxes for the faithful.

Your regulars subscribe to a weekly box for the season: a dozen every Friday while the harvest lasts. They pause a travel week themselves, and when the season ends, the subscription ends with it.

Disappointment happens politely, in MarchHonest

Pre-bookings capped at honest yield.

One-time orders are taken in advance against delivery weeks, and every week carries a cap set to what the orchard will really give. When a week fills, the next order is offered the following week, at booking time, instead of becoming June’s apology.

Paid before picking starts.

Customers prepay into wallets, by card or UPI through your own payment account, and each delivered box charges as it lands. A failed delivery costs them nothing, and the season’s cash arrives before the season’s costs.

Delivered on harvest days, while it is right.

Deliveries run only on your picking days, sequenced into runsheets by area with a printable backup. Sold-by-weight billing is there if you sell loose fruit at the actual weighed kilo alongside the fixed boxes.

This year’s list is next year’s season.

When the season closes, your customer list, their preferences and their spending stay on the books. Next year opens with a campaign to everyone who bought this year, a referral reward for the friends they bring, and a head start no market stall ever gets.

We know what a season is worth

Built by people who farm the calendar.

Lanemi began on a working farm, where some income arrives daily and some arrives in one intense season that has to go right. The caps, the pre-booking and the prepaid wallets on this page are how we would sell our own harvest.

Read our story

The things growers ask us before the season.

How do I avoid overselling a yield I cannot predict?

Cap each delivery week at a conservative number, and raise the caps as the trees show their hand. Orders fill against the cap at booking time, so the disappointment happens politely in March, not bitterly in May.

Can customers book the whole season up front?

Yes, two ways: a weekly box subscription that runs while the harvest lasts, or pre-booked one-time orders against specific weeks. Both are prepaid into wallets, so the commitment is real.

What happens when the harvest runs a week late?

Move the delivery plan; the bookings follow. Nothing is charged until a box actually lands on a doorstep, so a late season is an adjustment, never a refund crisis.

I sell boxes and loose fruit by the kilo. Both?

Yes. Boxes are fixed products; loose fruit is marked sold-by-weight and billed at the scale’s number at packing.

How do I reach this year’s customers next year?

They stay on your books with their history. Open the new season with a campaign to exactly that list and a referral reward for the friends they bring. The second season starts warmer than the first.

What do I do with the platform in the off-season?

Some growers pause entirely; others run their off-season lines (preserves, juices, a winter vegetable box) on the same round and the same books. The season sleeps; the customer list does not.

One good idea for your round, once a week.

Short, practical, and no filler. Leave any time.
