Count once, at the door, into the order. The bill builds itself from your price list, and the statement at month end lists every pickup with its pieces. There is nothing left to argue with.

Different rates for cotton sarees and silk?
Yes. Each is its own line on your price list. The collector picks the right one at the door and the bill follows.
Most of my customers settle monthly. Does that work?
That is how many pressing rounds run, so yes. A monthly account per household, a statement that reconciles pickup by pickup, and anyone who slips behind is flagged for you.
What if a blanket comes back with a burn mark?
The customer raises it with a photo, you settle it with a credit, and both the claim and the credit sit in the permanent record. Fair for them, safe for you.
I charge by the kilo for some customers. Can I mix?
Yes. Per-piece products for one household, a by-weight wash-and-press line for another, both billed correctly from the same round.
