For meal prep kitchens

Cook to the plan, not the guess.

Lanemi runs your meal prep kitchen on weekly plans your clients manage themselves: an exact cook count locked per delivery day, lunch and dinner slots, prepaid subscriptions, and pauses that actually pause. In your currency, wherever people train.

Clients who train hard, and change their minds harder.

A meal prep kitchen sells discipline to people who are building some. The cooking is repeatable; the clients are not. Plans change with training cycles, travel breaks the week, and every uneaten container is your margin in the bin.

The Sunday panic.

Cook counts pieced together from chats on prep day, and one missed change means either waste or an angry client at their macros.

The vanishing client.

“Pause me two weeks, holiday.” Half remember to tell you, half expect a refund for meals you already cooked.

Lunch and dinner tangled.

Some clients take both, some take one, and each service has its own deadline and its own route.

Chasing money from month two.

The first month is paid eagerly. Then the collection messages start, and a fitness community talks.

How Lanemi helps

The kitchen cooks a number, not a hope.

Plans as products, chosen per goal.

High-protein, balanced, veg, a lean cut plan: each meal plan is a product with its own price and its own delivery pattern. Clients pick their plan and their days, weekdays only or all seven, from their own phone.

A cook count locked per service.

Lunch and dinner run as separate slots, each with its own cutoff and its own locked count. After the cutoff, your kitchen knows exactly how many of each plan to cook for each service, skips and pauses included. Prep day stops being a guessing game.

Pauses that actually pause.

A holiday, an injury week or a deload: the client pauses from their app, the paused meals are never cooked and never billed, and the plan resumes when they do. No refund arguments, because nothing wrong was charged.

Prepaid plans, no chasing.

Clients prepay their plan into a wallet, by card or UPI through your own payment account, and each delivered meal charges as it lands. A low balance gets a reminder before the plan stops, and the collection messages end in month one.

Routes that make the training window.

Runsheets sequence each service by area and building so lunches land before lunch and dinners before dinner, with a printable sheet as backup. Ratings and feedback after delivery tell you which meals earn their place on next month’s menu.

Meal prep runs the same in every city.

Gym crowds, offices, athletes in season: the plans differ, the discipline does not. Choose your currency, set your cutoffs to your kitchen, and keep your food-safety licences on file, with a reminder before they lapse.

We cook to locked counts too

Built by people who prep the night before.

Lanemi began on a farm round where tomorrow’s exact count was settled before sleep, every night, because fresh food punishes guessing. A meal prep kitchen lives by the same rule, twice a day. That rule is the centre of this platform.

Read our story

The things meal prep kitchens ask us first.

Clients pause and resume constantly. How does the kitchen cope?

The pause happens in the client’s app, the paused meals leave the cook count before it locks, and nothing paused is ever cooked or billed. The kitchen reads one number per plan per service and cooks it.

Can one client take lunch daily and dinner on weekdays?

Yes. Lunch and dinner are separate slots with separate patterns, so any combination runs cleanly under one client, one wallet and one doorstep.

How do trial boxes work for new clients?

As one-time orders: a prospective client orders a trial for a specific day, it joins that day’s locked count, and if they convert, their plan subscription starts on the same account.

Do you calculate macros or track nutrition?

No, and we say so plainly. The menu, the portions and the numbers on the label are your expertise. What we guarantee is that the right box reaches the right door on the right day, and the money behind it is exact.

My clients live on referrals from their gym. Can I reward that?

Yes. A referral reward for the client who brings their training partner, and a joining offer for the partner, both posted to the ledger so the generosity is always accounted for.

What about the containers?

Your choice. Disposable boxes need nothing. Reusable boxes run on container deposits, counted per client, refunded when they come back.

One good idea for your round, once a week.

Short, practical, and no filler. Leave any time.
