Sound familiar?

The weekly grind of a box scheme.

The Sunday-night spreadsheet.

Who paused, who swapped to a large, who moved house. Every week the list is rebuilt by hand, and every week something slips through.

Waste you grew yourself.

Pack four boxes too many and it is your own good food composted. Pack four too few and someone’s dinner is missing.

Members who forget to skip.

They were away, the box sat on the step, and now they want a refund for food that spoiled. Nobody enjoys that conversation.

Payments across the map.

Standing orders, cash at the gate, a transfer with no reference. Matching money to members eats an evening a week.

A calmer way to run a box scheme.

The pack list writes itself.

Every pause, size change and new member feeds the nightly plan. On pack day you open one exact list, small, medium and large already totalled.

Members skip their own holidays.

Away next week is two taps in their app, done days ahead. No box on the step, no refund conversation, no wasted food.

Grow to the numbers.

Demand by size and by season, in plain reports. You see that large boxes are growing before you plan the spring sowing.

Money that matches itself.

Wallets are topped up ahead by any method you accept, and each delivered box is charged on the doorstep. The matching evening disappears.

We run our own round

Built on a farm that hates wasting food.

Lanemi began on a working farm with its own delivery round. The exact pack list exists because we have composted our own over-packing. We use the system every morning before we ask you to.

Questions from box scheme owners.

Box contents change every week. Does that matter?

No. Members subscribe to a size, and what goes in it is up to you and the season. If you also sell fixed add-ons like eggs or bread, they ride along on the same delivery.

Can members swap sizes or add extras?

Yes, themselves, from their app. Size changes and one-off extras land in the next pack list automatically.

What about members who pay cash at the gate?

Cash tops up their wallet like any other method, and it is tracked from hand to books, so the evening of matching payments to names goes away.

We deliver to pickup points as well as doorsteps. Possible?

Yes. A pickup point is a stop on the runsheet like any other, with its own list of boxes to hand over.

Can I see what to plant more of?

You can see demand by box size and how it moves by season, which is the honest half of that answer. What goes in the ground is still your call.

One good idea for your round, once a week.

Short, practical, and no filler. Leave any time.
