Sound familiar?

The seasonal grind of a CSA.

A season of money, one spreadsheet.

Members pay hundreds up front. Tracking what each payment still owes, across sizes, add-ons and mid-season joiners, outgrows a spreadsheet by June.

Vacation weeks, argued in October.

A member swears they skipped two weeks in July and wants them back at season’s end. Your records say otherwise, or say nothing.

Pickup-day chaos.

Farm pickup, two market stands and a doorstep route, each with its own list. A member who switches pickup points can vanish between them.

Mid-season joiners break the math.

A half-season share, prorated, with an egg add-on from week nine. Every irregular member is another formula in the sheet.

A calmer way to run a farm share.

The season lives in the wallet.

The upfront payment sits as wallet credit and each delivered share draws it down. What was paid, used and remaining is visible to both sides, all season.

Your share credit stays yours

Skips recorded when they happen.

Members set vacation weeks in the app, the share is never packed, and the credit stays put. October arguments are answered by July records.

Every pickup point gets its list.

Farm gate, market stand and doorstep route each get an exact list for the day. A member who switches points moves lists automatically.

Irregular members, regular books.

This is our world

Built by farmers, for farm economics.

Lanemi began on a working farm that sells its own produce to nearby homes. Member trust is the whole model in a CSA, and the honest, checkable ledger exists precisely because upfront money deserves provable books.

Questions from CSA farmers.

Members pay for the whole season up front. How is that tracked?

The payment sits as wallet credit and each delivered share draws it down. Both you and the member can see the remaining balance at any time.

Can members skip vacation weeks?

Yes, in the app, ahead of pack day. The share is never packed, the credit is preserved, and the record settles any later disagreement.

We have farm pickup and a delivery route. Both supported?

Yes. Each pickup point and route gets its own list, and members can switch points without falling through the cracks.

What about mid-season joiners and prorated shares?

Sell a prorated share, and the wallet holds exactly that amount. The ledger handles irregular members without side formulas.

Does it help with renewals?

You can see who skipped often, who added on and who lapsed, which is most of what a renewal conversation needs. The asking is still yours.

One good idea for your round, once a week.

Short, practical, and no filler. Leave any time.
